We are shipping out as soon as possible and are not facing any delays on our end, but due to Covid-19 you may experience shipping delays that are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding!
As Covid-19 cases continue to rise, our return policy has temporarily changed. All items placed as of November 24, 2020 are final sale unless the item arrives in the wrong size by our mistake or if an item arrives damaged. We do not offer refunds, unless it is our error, but we all provide store credit for the price of the item. You have 3 business days from the day the order was delivered to make contact with us regarding an issue. If the allowed time frame is passed, we are under no obligation to assist further. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may help you!
Added Return Policies:
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Returns on intimate items such as lingerie, bralettes, underwear, or bodysuits are not accepted. If any items are sent back to us that we have stated aren't allowed returns, you will not be issued a refund and we will not be able to send the item back to you. If you believe that your item is damaged, please send photos of the flaws to email@example.com as soon as it is noticed. We take this very seriously and never want to send you an item that you aren't happy with. We process all returns within 6 days of receiving your package.
