Return & Shipping Policy

Covid-19 Information:

We are shipping out as soon as possible and are not facing any delays on our end, but due to Covid-19 you may experience shipping delays that are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding!

Return Process:

We know that returning items is never ideal and we hope that your next order has no problems, here are some instructions to make the process easier on you!

1. Write your name and order number on a piece of paper inside of your return package so that we may properly issue your refund.

2. Ship your return within 10 days if you're an located in The United States customer and 14 days if you're an International customer to:

3. We recommend using a traceable form of post. You will be responsible for covering the costs of return postage. Internet Girlfriend is not liable for any lost packages.

4. We will inspect the packages to ensure that they are unworn and that the tags are still attached to the items properly. We do not accept returns that are not in the condition that they were shipped to you in.

5. We will issue your refund as soon as possible! 

Added Return Policies:

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Returns on intimate items such as lingerie, bralettes, underwear, or bodysuits are not accepted. If any items are sent back to us that we have stated aren't allowed returns, you will not be issued a refund and we will not be able to send the item back to you. If you believe that your item is damaged, please send photos of the flaws to support@internet-girlfriend.com as soon as it is noticed. We take this very seriously and never want to send you an item that you aren't happy with. We process all returns within 6 days of receiving your package.
